Three Tomatoes Du Jour

News

Under the Spotlight

The staff at Three Tomatoes Catering had an early start this morning in order to make an appearance on KDVR Fox 31 News’ Good Day Colorado morning show as well as film for a later segment to be aired on CNBC with Harry Smith! We have partnered with Jane West of Edible Events to create a series of events which provide  Munchies for Foodies in an upscale environment, intentionally created and prepared for pairing with cannabis. However, the Three Tomatoes Catering food is not made with any form of cannabis, it is just meant to add to the experience of using the newly legalized substance.

You might have caught our Denver Post article from last week, but to elaborate – our Event Planner Abby Schissler crafted a menu with our Executive Chef Matt Boyington which appeals to a heightened tasting pallet and is to be enjoyed while consuming cannabis.

Did you catch our quick appearance in the Good Day Colorado morning show this morning? If not, don’t fret! The Edible Events story will be featured tonight on KDVR Fox 31 News in the 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. hour and again on Channel 2 news from 7  p.m. to 8 p.m. The broadcast will feature Jane West of Edible Events, Three Tomatoes Companies CEO Riccardo Mazzeo,  and Executive Chef Matt Boyington chatting about this history-making concept, what it is like to get into the  cannabis industry as well as what it takes to create the perfect cannabis-paired menu.

Then, Three Tomatoes Catering will make an appearance in an upcoming Harry Smith segment which will be featured on CNBC. Senior Producer Mary Noonan interviewed Jane West about the delicious items Three Tomatoes Catering prepared and where West sees Edible Events going. They will also be joining us for the launch of the Edible Events series this Friday night at Space Gallery.

Interested in experiencing history for yourself? Grab a ticket for the launch of the Edible Events series this Friday. The event is appropriately titled, “End of Prohibition” and further details as well as tickets can be found on the event page.

Three Tomatoes Catering can’t wait to see what comes next! It is an exciting privilege to be on the side of innovation and looking to the future.
