Our sister company, Three Tomatoes Steakhouse & Club at Fossil Trace, launch an expanded all day menu, Sunday brunch, kids and dessert menu today. The new menus were carefully crafted by Executive Chef Edward Puc. He is a classically French-trained chef originating from the New York area. The menus are designed to provide delectable options to celebrate Golden and the surrounding communities as well as for the 40,000+ yearly visitors the Fossil Trace Golf Club receives.
