The Delivery Window will be any time between 30-90 minutes before guest arrival and 3 hours after the event for pick-up. There is an additional charge for a more specific time.

Deliveries hours are  6 AM to  6 PM.  For off-hour deliveries, please ask your Event Planner.  An additional fee will be required.  

Clients who cancel an event less that 48 hours prior to the event  will be charged 100% of the agreed upon amount.

There is a 10% surcharge on delivery orders placed after 48 hours (2 business days).
